8.1 Data Received from Meta (Facebook Lead Ads)

When a business using the Service connects its Facebook Page, we receive the following data from Meta Platforms through the Facebook Graph API:

• Answers submitted to that Page's Lead Ads forms, such as name, email address, phone number and the other questions on the form
• The names and IDs of the Pages and lead forms the connecting user manages and chooses to connect
• Access tokens that allow the Service to retrieve new leads for the connected Pages

This data is used only to handle the request the person made through the form: the lead is delivered to the business that ran the ad, inside its own CRM workspace, and where that business routes requests to partner companies (for example installers who quote the requested work), to those partners. It is not sold and not used for advertising. Access tokens are kept on our servers and are never shown to other users.

A person who connected a Facebook Page can remove the app under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, which sends us an automatic deletion request, or email robin@suomentarjoustoimisto.fi. We then delete that Facebook connection, its Page subscriptions and the lead processing logs. Leads already delivered are customer records of the business that received them; anyone who submitted a lead form can ask that business, or us at robin@suomentarjoustoimisto.fi, to delete their information.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
